Objects are made to order, not taken from stock. When production is finished your piece is packed with its number and certificate.

Türkiye

Orders of 2.500 ₺ and above ship free. Below that amount a 149 ₺ shipping fee applies. The courier makes a second attempt if you are not at the address.

European Union

A flat €39 shipping fee applies. Customs duties and import charges are included; there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Rest of the world

We ship to the UK, Switzerland, the USA, the Gulf and elsewhere. As the rate depends on the country and the weight of the piece, ask for a quote at hello@dizor.com.tr before ordering.

Packaging

• Every piece travels in a felt sleeve inside a recycled cardboard box.
• The box holds a signed certificate carrying the batch and piece number.
• With gift wrapping, the invoice is emailed rather than boxed, and your handwritten note goes inside.
• We use no plastic filler, foam or plastic tape.

More than one object

Pieces from one order travel together wherever possible. If one of them belongs to a later batch, we send the finished pieces straight away and charge nothing for the second shipment.
