This page explains what dizör does with your personal data. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• When you order: name, delivery address, email, billing details and, if you gave one, a phone number.
• For a discount code or a “notify me” request: your email address only.
• When you write to us: the content of the exchange.
• Card details never reach us; they stay with the payment provider.

Why we process it

To make and deliver your order, issue the invoice, handle withdrawal and warranty requests, answer your questions and — only if you asked for it — send the discount code or the batch announcement.

Who we share it with

Only as far as the work requires: the courier (name, address, phone), the payment provider, our accountant and the email service. We do not sell data or pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for the statutory retention period; your address on the announcement list until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop us processing it. One email is enough: hello@dizor.com.tr. We reply within thirty days.
