If an object isn’t what you expected, send it back. You don’t need to give a reason.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. The piece should be unused and come back with its box; an opened package is not a problem.

How to return

• Write to hello@dizor.com.tr with your order number.
• Within Türkiye we arrange the courier and the piece is collected from your door at no cost.
• In the EU and elsewhere return shipping is at your expense; we still send you a discounted label.

Refunds

Once the piece reaches the workshop you are refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Any shipping fee you paid is refunded too. For bank transfers we will ask for your IBAN.

Exchanges

To swap for another object, start the return and place the new order separately — that way your new piece enters production without waiting. We refund or invoice the difference.

What can’t be returned

Pieces made to custom dimensions or engraved with a name, date or message are outside the return policy. For those orders we confirm everything with you in writing before production starts.

Faulty pieces

If there is a manufacturing fault we replace the piece or refund it regardless of the 14-day period, and we cover the shipping.
